Delivery

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, although we usually delivery well within 7 days of order. Our standard UK delivery charge is £4.95 for 1 item. A further £2 is charged for each additional item. Items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. Shipping is possible to anywhere in the world and we shall advise you the rate before completing the transaction. Please note that Kanishka is not liable for any indirect loss through ordering on this website.

Payment

We accept payment via cheque (UK Customers only) and credit card. Please note we do not accept American Express. We welcome orders placed over the phone as well. Please ensure that your cheque reaches us within 4 working days of placing your order.

Colours

Please note that due to the nature of the lighting involved in photographing items on view on this website, there may be a minimal variation in the appearance of these items in person.

Availability

Please note that while we do our best to update this website on a regular basis, goods are subject to availability. You will be contacted if your colour or style choice is not available and asked for a second choice or whether you are prepared to wait for our next delivery.

Refund policy

If you find the item(s) that you have ordered unsuitable, please ensure that they are returned unworn and in the same condition as when sold by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that you will not be refunded the postage. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
